For a product to be visible on Ocast, it has to be connected to a product group. Products that are not connected to a product group can only be accessed through the product dashboard.

Connecting products

You can connect a product to a product group in two ways. It can be done through your product group or product settings.

Connecting through a product group

To get started, enter your Ocast dashboard and click on product groups on the left menu.

You will be redirected to the product group dashboard, where you are able to search, filter, and edit your already existing product groups. But also create new ones.

Select any existing product group listed in the product group dashboard.

You will be redirected to this product groups settings page.

At the bottom of the page there is a section called products. Type in a products name in the search bar, or click browse to enter which products you would like to connect.

When done, do not forget do save your changes.

Connecting through a product

It's just as easy to connect a product to a product group. Enter your product dashboard and click on the product you would like to connect.

You will be redirected to the product settings.

On the right side of the page, click on the search bar in the product group window to connect your product.

Once done, click save changes.

Through your product dashboard, you can see which products are connected to a product group through one of the middle columns.
