Having at least one visible contact on your profile is strongly recommended.
To make a contact visible, go to team in your dashboard.
The team dashboard is a collection of all of the organization's team members. Click on the user you want visible.
You can also filter your team members by media kits or roles, in the upper right corner!
Next to media kit access, press on the eye symbol to the right. The contact's name, email, phone number and work title will be shown under the contact.
Your contact is now visible on your profile!
