There are a few things to consider when uploading files to your media library in your dashboard.
File formats and names
For pictures, we recommend JPEG or PNG formats.
The maximum file size is 2.5 MB.
It is also important that the file name doesn't contain any special characters or letters such as Å, Ä, Ö, Æ, Ø, etc.

Cover image: 1120x360 px
Articles:
Article covers: 1320x796 px
Products:
Product and product groups: 1320x796 px
Advertising site:
Hero cover image, fullscreen: 1920x1080 px

About us image, minimum width: 560 px
Header logo: 360x88 px
Favicon: 32x32 px
