The request tab in your dashboard gives you an overview of the request that has been sent to your media kits. They are divided into four categories, depending on the source and type of request.

There are two types of requests on Ocast: direct and open requests. To find out more about open requests, click here!

The four categories under the request tab are:

  • Direct requests

  • Purchased requests

  • Open requests

  • Advertising site

Direct requests:

All incoming requests from your Ocast profile will be gathered under the direct requests tab. This means if an advertiser visits your profile via Ocast.com and sends a request through your profile or a product page, it will land here!

If your organization has multiple media kits, all of your incoming requests from your Ocast profiles will be shown.

Advertising site:

All incoming requests from your brand's personalized advertising site will be gathered in this separate tab.

If your organization has multiple media kits, all of your incoming requests from the different ad sites will be shown.

This means that you can differentiate the source of your incoming requests, from your Ocast profile and your advertising site.

To learn more about the purchased requests and open requests tabs, read our article here!
